Los Angeles, CA –February 28, 2008– With Hispanic-owned businesses growing at triple the rate of the national average for all businesses, according to the latest figures available by the US Census, El Clasificado’s “Su Socio de Negocios” Breakfast Seminar series was launched on February 26th as an important resource to newly established entrepreneurs seeking to build a solid infrastructure for their businesses.
Dozens of local, Spanish-speaking micro business owners took advantage of the free Su Socio de Negocios Microbusiness Breakfast Seminar to learn how to record, maintain and evaluate their customer databases to find hidden value in their business, when and how to secure a business license or permit, and how to maximize their profits by controlling inventory, all thanks to four presentations in Spanish given by experts in the Marketing and Business Operations fields.
“Su Socio de Negocios Small Business Breakfast Series is the result of a demand from our small business clients,” explained Liliana Zambrano, Sales Director for El Clasificado. “Many face daily challenges in obtaining reliable small business tools and information in their language, and they have found the business training they seek at our Su Socio de Negocios small business expos. We are excited to provide additional support through this new breakfast series.”
The event was hosted at the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles, where attendees enjoyed a complimentary breakfast, and took copious notes during the presentations in Spanish by Ariel Kletzky and Bryant Chicas of Confianza, Inc., Enrico M. Diaz of Time Warner, Honey Golian of State Farm Insurance, and Cristina Barvo, Founder of CREST Creative Strategies. Bancomer , State Farm Insurance , and Time Warner Cable Business Class were the event sponsors.
