We strive to cover all aspects of criminal justice, which means looking at the system from many points of view. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle breaking news, features and in-depth enterprise, and investigative stories for The Dispatch and Gannetts larger USA TODAY network and help readers understand the broader causes, context and consequences of the days headlines. And the individual will tell those stories in engaging and innovative ways on a variety of digital and print platforms, informed by metrics.
