Custodian / Apartment Cleaner

We are looking for an individual who is available for at least 9-12 hrs per week and for that person to take pride in their work and be responsible for the cleanliness of our new apartment.

Custodial/Cleaning duties will include but may not be limited to:
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning windows
• Mopping / Sweeping
• Trash
• Refill items (soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc.)

Skills needed from you:
• Excellent time management
• Punctual and consistent
• Knowledge of cleaning products and the appropriate use
• Work well independently
• Take pride in your work
• Good communicator
