Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time faculty member to teach biology and anatomy and physiology classes for allied health programs, review curricula, design laboratory experiences and provide meaningful contributions to the department. Requirements include a master's degree in biological sciences or a related field with a minimum of 12 graduate credits in biology, anatomy, physiology, or related courses and the ability to teach an undergraduate anatomy and physiology course with a lab. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching college courses, using innovative teaching techniques and tools in the classroom, and designing and teaching online courses. The right candidate will represent our commitment to excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion; collaborate and cooperate with others to accomplish the goals of the college; and support new and creative ideas to enhance institutional effectiveness. This 10-month position includes fringe benefits and is expected to begin August 15. The starting salary is competitive, depending on qualifications and experience.
