This position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Responsibilities • Replaces belts and filters on air handling units. • Utilizes plaster/compound to patch minor holes/cracks in walls and ceilings. • Repairs; replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets. • Paints structures and equipment as required. • Performs Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance • Inspects/repairs damaged interior infrastructure surfaces as needed. • Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery, as assigned. • Follows company's safety, health and accident prevention plan while maintaining records in a timely fashion. • All other duties as assigned. Requirements - Six months to one-year related experience and/or training. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or 100 lbs. occasionally, squat, bend, stoop and kneel for short periods, climb a ladder, stand for long periods of time, constant arm extensions. Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire. Maintains the general cleanliness and appearance of assigned spaces, assist others as part of the main
