Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing communication with customers and ensuring seamless transport operations. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to quote requests via email, or phone providing accurate shipping quotes, scheduling container pick-ups and deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

*Responsibilities:*
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide shipping quotes.
- Coordinate logistics for container transport from the port to various customer locations.
- Communicate effectively with ports and customers to schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery times.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their shipments.
- Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the shipment process.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- must be able to communicate in English
- Experience in logistics, especially drayage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
