The City of Nevada is taking applications for a vacant seat on the Board of Adjustment (BOA). Term to expire 6/30/2026. Must be a resident of the City of Nevada. The BOA reviews appeals or variances of the Zoning Regulations of the City of Nevada. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 10:30 a.m. when needed. The duties for the BOA are listed in the Nevada City Council, found in Chapter 165.22.8.
