Human Resources Assistant The Johnson County Human Resources department is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to perform administrative assistant and generalist responsibilities including maintaining records, assisting with recruitment, employee/labor relations, workers' compensation, newsletter/publications, benefit administration and other supportive functions. Qualified candidates for this position must be highly organized. Associate's degree in human resource management or closely related field AND at least two years of office experience with direct human resource responsibilities; OR any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and confidential information.
