Staff Attorney - Human Resource Management State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Hartford The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch is seeking a Staff Attorney for the Human Resource Management Labor Relations Unit . The preferred candidate will have experience in performing the following: Representing management in a variety of proceedings including grievance meetings, arbitrations, contract negotiations, state prohibited practices, etc.; mediating and resolving complex labor relations issues; researching and analyzing legal questions and issues; preparing exhibits and witnesses; and interpreting and administering pertinent statutes, regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Salary Range: $82,526 - $108,113/year – plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy.
