Maintenance Worker

A residential apartment complex is hiring a Maintenance Worker to perform basic cleaning, trash disposal, and minor repairs. Responsibilities include sweeping common areas, ensuring hallways and laundry rooms are clean, and assisting with light maintenance tasks.

Schedule & Pay:

Work Hours: 3 hours per day, 3 times a week

Pay: $550 per week

Requirements:

• Basic handyman skills preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be punctual and dependable,
