Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for documenting and supporting records management for NCAA Athletic Compliance processes for which the Student Records Office is responsible, as well as assist with any other NCAA Athletic Compliance processing. Will assist in the daily maintenance of the graduate database, daily diploma ordering software/processes, and the entering/management of student applications for degrees (diplomas). Assist in the planning and production of the Main Campus Commencement Ceremony logistics which includes volunteer coordination and event venue logistics. Oversee the non-curriculum functions of the academic catalogs using the Universitys adopted catalog system, to ensure timely publication of academic catalogs for all NMSU campuses.
