Job Purpose Gannett is seeking an experienced, performance driven growth marketing manager to oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) for our onsite subscription conversion funnel including websites CTAs, landing pages, checkout, audience segmentation and more. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires someone skilled at strategic thinking, test ideation and executing to hit aggressive marketing objectives and business results. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical with a proven track of developing data based insights and recommendations to increase conversion rates across theconsumer funnel. This individual will be critical in helping Gannett achieve its aggressive growth targets. Duties and Responsibilities Support senior manager with conversion rate optimization for consumer-facing websites and landing pages. Help concept, build, implement and manage a robust pipeline of optimization tests in partnership with internal teams to continuously improve conversion metrics to drive new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring that we are driving growth while delivering the best experience for our customers. You own the KPIs around the onsite checkout funnel, cart abandonment recaptures and how to convert these users into paying subscribers You are responsible for driving continuous improvement in the checkout funnel waterfall and abandonment metrics Understanding of clickstream data related to users path to conversion after they land on the offer page. You will be the expert on checkout abandonments metrics by channel and placeme
