General Labor (Pick and Pack)

Job Title: General Laborer (Clothing Warehouse)
Job Type: Full-time

Payrate: $18 P/H During the season

Position Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking General Laborer to support our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for various manual tasks to ensure the smooth handling and organization of inventory, as well as assisting other team members when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and organize the warehouse, removing any obsolete or hazardous materials.
- Assist warehouse staff with receiving, stocking, and processing orders.
- Handle and transport materials, including clothing and warehouse equipment.
- Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed (training provided if necessary).
- Follow supervisors' instructions to perform tasks such as stacking, organizing, and labeling products.
- Help set up temporary warehouse structures like shelving or display racks.
- Report any issues with equipment or unsafe working conditions.
- Assist with basic maintenance and warehouse upkeep, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements and Skills:

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting loads of up to 40 pounds, etc.).
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse tools, machinery, and basic equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety rules and procedures.
- Previous warehouse experience or specialization is an asset, but not required.

Work Environment:

- Full-time position in a fast-paced clothing warehouse.
- Training provided on warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
