District Manager The Wisconsin State Journal is seeking an ambitious, team oriented leader to join our fast paced circulation department. This entry-level management position will involve growing circulation and readership by maintaining superior customer service and overseeing contracted delivery positions. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing independent contractors, scheduling of deliveries, maintaining accurate records of all daily business and working in a team environment. Possess the ability to read maps and deliver papers within a deadline. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrate personable communication skills, have good organizational abilities, and be experienced working with computer programs such as Word and Excel. A valid driver's license, vehicle with current insurance, and good driving record are required.
