About the Responsibilities As a Maintenance Engineer Technician, you would serve as a liaison between Reliability Engineers and the maintenance groups to ensure the proper execution of routine and reoccurring maintenance activities as well as individual, extraordinary maintenance activities as required to ensure the reliable function of CAP's infrastructure. Develop and/or execute effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance (PM) inspection and testing procedures for CAP assets utilizing considerable experience and knowledge of CAP electrical systems and installations; as well as develop PM/Corrective from PM (CPM) task procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and enhance the operational reliability of CAP water delivery systems. Provide support and restoration activities for Large Synchronous Motors and Generators, Transformers, Backup Power Generators Sets, Excitation Systems, Circuit Breakers, Switchgear, Relays, UPS Systems, Facilities, Cable Systems, and other Auxiliary Systems.
