SHIPPING CLERK:

Candidates must be accustomed to full-cycle shipping.

Meaning: the complete process of shipping involving several key stages:

from pulling, counting, bagging, packaging, staging, creating labels, palletizing, using online shipping sites, completing shipping paperwork/BOL, and loading.

We have several Shipping Stations, and each Shipper is responsible for the complete shipping of their assigned orders.

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate well in English (read/write/speak)
Can operate a Stand-Up Order Picker/Cherry Picker + Sit-Down Lift
Is computer literate; has experience using Federal Express ShipManager & UPS WorldShip software; can make labels and complete BOL’s
Can use an RF scanner
Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable using an ERP system (we are launching Sage 100 in a few months, they must be able and willing to learn the software!)
Can pull, count, sort, box, label, and palletize shipments
Is accustomed to a fast-paced warehouse environment
Has reliable transportation
Can pass a criminal background check & drug screen to be converted
Can work Overtime + every other Saturday once converted

Mon-Fri; 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Rate: $20/hr.
