Principal Business Systems Analyst w/ Red Hat, Inc. in Raleigh, NC. Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed w/in normal commuting distance from the Red Hat, Inc. office in Raleigh, NC. Dvlp & maintain product vision & roadmap & work closely w/ bus stakeholders to identify & understand bus needs & bottlenecks. Create, maintain, prioritize, & sequence the product backlog based on bus value or ROI. Position reqs a Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Info Systems, Software Engg or rel field (in lieu of a 4-yr Bach deg, will accept a 3-yr deg from an accredited U.S. or foreign university) & 4 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel role. Must have 4 yrs of bus analyst or product owner direct exp. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: Agile Frameworks; ITIL or Service Mgmt Frameworks; ServiceNow Platform; & ServiceNow service portal, mobile apps, & AI tech.
