Cleaners Description: The work involves responsibility for the performance of routine cleaning tasks. Work is carried out in accordance with well-established, modern, safe and sanitary building cleaning methods and procedures and involves responsibility for the thorough execution of efficient performance of simple cleaning tasks following a well-established routine. Work is performed under the direct supervision of a higher-ranking maintenance staff member, who lays out and assigns in great detail the tasks to be performed and who also performs periodic follow-up inspections to insure that assignments are being performed satisfactorily. Does related work as required.
