Makes daily compliance rounds to observe, examine, or interview residents Performs physical evaluations and gather appropriate data of new admissions and current residents as indicated by change in condition or as required by regulation. Administer medications, treatments, review labs, and complete skilled, change of condition, psychotropic and behavior charting Assigns direct care staff; ensure consistent assignments, match resident needs, and monitor that care delivered is acceptable Works as an interdisciplinary team member to develop and revise care plan goals and approaches to assist each resident to attain or maintain highest practicable physical, mental and psycho-social well-being.
