Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and document business process steps and requirements and create Process and Technical maps Reach out to system vendors for possible technical solutions to business problems and develop process improvements/improvement recommendations based on research and experience Evaluate different process and/or documentation tools and help to increase delivery time of solutions to the business Lead and perform time studies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities Collaborate with business partners as needed to achieve results through process improvement Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Education Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent from a four-year College or technical school; or equivalent related work experience preferred Qualifications: Experience Experience with tools such as: MS Excel, Visio, Outlook, Ishikawa Cause-Effect, A3 and SIPOC Experience with documenting requirements or translating those into a Map or Process Flow Experience with Lean SixSigma and Project Management Qualifications: Competencies Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction A track record of building relationships influencing others to buy into vision and strategy The willingness to switch to a different strategy when an initially selected one is unsuccessful Practice in showing interest in what others have to say, acknowledging their perspectives and ideas recblid 38ord7hfyipxh98vtvajqx6s68e1et
