SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health Manager to support an opportunity at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications

Possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Physic, or Chemistry.
At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health.
Knowledge of safety, environmental, radiation, and occupational health principles, practices, procedures and standards applicable to a full range of complex management responsibilities for an Air Force research laboratory on a military installation.
Demonstrated experience adhering to and providing thorough knowledge of the following Air Force regulations and references: DAFI 91-202 US Air Force Mishap Prevention Program, DAFMAN 91-203 Air Force Occupational Safety, Fire, and Health Standards, AFI 48-109 Electromagnetic Field Radiation, AFI 48-139 Laser and Optical Radiation, 711 HPW USR Training Guide Nov 2022, AFI 90-821 Hazard Communication Program, DAFMAN 48-146 Occupational Health Program, DAFI 48-145 Occupational and Environmental Health, DAFPAM 90-803 Risk Management (RM) Guidelines and Tools, and AFMAN 32-7002 Environmental Compliance and Pollution Prevention. In addition to the forementioned, the contractor employee shall have thorough knowledge of national and industry standards (i.e.- OSHA, etc).
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Current CPR/AED Adult training and certification.
Have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company shall provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.
