We are looking for: Quality CSR (San Bernardino)

Skills and qualifications: Entry-level basic office skills, including:

  • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative famillar in a warehouse atmosphere.
  • Experience in Excel, work with spreadsheets, delivery tickets, sales order and purchase orders.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Will train
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Experienced in SAP computer program a plus, however, they will train

Responsibilites:

  • Manage time sensitive deadlines
  • Detail oriented, organized
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints or any issues that come up, provide apprapriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Willing and able to work under pressure
  • Quick learner, good communication skills
  • Multi task as a floater in all departments. Quick leaner, experience in basic computer skills needed. Pay - $18/hr to start- payrate could be higher after the 90 day probation. 1st shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Monday - Friday.
