Olympia, Washington Director of Employer Engagement and External Partnerships Position Purpose This position supports the mission and purpose of Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE) at The Evergreen State College (Evergreen) and holds primary responsibility for leading employer engagement and outreach strategies to expand institutional and employer partnerships and collaborative curriculum development with the goal of increasing new student enrollment. The position builds successful relationships with regional business, government, and non-profit sector leaders to position PaCE as part of a highly regarded public arts and sciences college with academic offerings tailored to serve workforce development in select fields. This is a full-time, overtime exempt position on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College. This position is an "at-will" appointment, exempt from Washington State Civil Service rules and the Fair Labor Standards Act overtime requirements. Salary and Benefits: $5,167 – $6,199 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
