The Department of Family Medicine at The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont and The University of Vermont Medical Center invites applications for a board certified or eligible Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician to join our dynamic and growing academic Division of Palliative Medicine. The successful candidate will: enhance the Division's focus on Excellence in Communication quality, innovation, training, scholarship and research contribute to a vibrant interdisciplinary team care for adult and pediatric patients and their families in the inpatient, outpatient and tele-consult setting demonstrate outstanding communication skills in interpersonal, clinical, and teaching settings This position is split between two division sites: Porter Medical Center in Middlebury, VT (40% acute care setting) and University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT (60%, outpatient/telehealth/academic). The clinical appointment will be at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the Clinical Scholar pathway; commensurate with experience.
