Blind & Low Vision Services (BLVS) in Orange County

Experiencing vision loss? You don't have to face it alone. If you're a person with a disability, older adult or Veteran experiencing blindness or low vision, the Dayle McIntosh Center (DMC) is here to help you maintain your independence. Our Blind/Low Vision Services provide personalized training to help you safely navigate your home and community, complete everyday tasks, and confidently use adaptive techniques. Eligible consumers may also receive no-cost assistive devices, including white canes, handheld and electronic magnifiers, adaptive technology, and other vision-related equipment based on their individual needs and program availability.
