Cabinet Assembler

The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling CNC-cut cabinet components into finished cabinetry products using hand and power tools. This role focuses on taking precision-machined parts and building complete cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, panels, and frames to exact specifications.
This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced woodworking production environment where accuracy, alignment, and quality are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Assemble CNC-cut cabinet components into finished cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, panels, and frames
Align, square, fasten, and fit components accurately
Use hand tools and power tools (drills, drivers, clamps, etc.) for assembly operations
Inspect assembled units for accuracy and quality; make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of cabinet assembly, millwork, or woodworking experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled with hand tools and power tools used in cabinet assembly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
No general labor or construction-only experience; cabinetry/millwork experience required
Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Work Environment
Workshop/manufacturing setting
Exposure to noise, dust, and machinery
PPE required and provided
Physical Requirements
Standing or walking for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Occasional bending, stooping, and overhead reaching
