Can You Leave the UAE with a Criminal Case?

You may leave the UAE with a criminal case only if there is no travel ban, arrest warrant, court order, bail condition, immigration block, or other legal restriction preventing your departure. A criminal complaint does not always mean you are banned from travelling — but once the police, Public Prosecution, or court requires your presence, a restriction may be issued. Never go to the airport hoping to "test" whether you can leave. Check your legal status first.
