$18-$19/hr Starting + Tips Immediate Hiring Benny's Tacos & Chicken Rotisserie is looking for a friendly, energetic Guest Service Cashier to join our team in Santa Monica. If you enjoy helping people, work well in a fast-paced restaurant, and want an opportunity to grow with a company, we'd like to meet you. Previous restaurant and customer service experience is required. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, learns quickly, follows directions, and takes pride in providing excellent service. AM and PM positions available. PAY & BENEFITS $18-$19/hr starting (based on experience) Tips on top of hourly pay Free meal every shift Growth opportunities within the company Immediate hiring WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude Take orders accurately using our POS system (Toast experience is a plus) Handle cash and card payments Serve food to guests Expedite and verify dine-in, takeout, online, and delivery orders Confirm every order is complete before it leaves the restaurant Call guest names clearly and professionally Portion chips and salsa Restock front counter supplies Clean and organize the dining room and front counter during slower periods Work with urgency during busy rushes while maintaining excellent customer service WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous restaurant cashier or customer service experience required Previous serving or expediting experience is a plus Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable speaking with guests Strong attention to detail Able to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and punctuality Team player who follows directions Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain promptly) Authorized to work in the U.S. WHY BENNY'S TACOS?
