Class A CDL Yard Driver

Pay: $26.00 per hour Job description: Move trailers in yard and in and out of doors as needed for warehouse. Occasionally make trips to storage yards and/or Ryder. Inspect equipment before use in yard to make sure it is not in need of repairs Job Responsibilities Move trailers throughout the yard and in and out of warehouse doors as needed. Occasionally make trips to storage yards and/or Ryder locations. Inspect trailers and equipment before use to ensure they are safe and do not require repairs. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized yard area. Communicate any equipment issues or safety concerns to management. Requirements Valid Class A CDL required. Previous yard driving or trailer-moving experience preferred. Must be comfortable operating trailers in a warehouse/yard environment. Must be able to complete pre-use equipment inspections. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Work Location: In person
