Schedule: 1st Shift – Start Time 7:00 AM
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior CSR experience, experience working in a sales environment, and strong administrative skills. Experience with ERP systems is required and candidates with additional ERP platform knowledge or similar systems are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Previous Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
Experience using ERP systems (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Experience working in a sales environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and take direction effectively
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Team-player mentality
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; English-only candidates will also be considered

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Process customer quotes and orders
* Manage emails and customer correspondence
* Prepare presentations for meetings
* Perform filing, faxing, and document management
* Handle reprints and general paperwork
* Conduct research as needed
* Maintain accurate records within ERP systems
* Support internal teams with administrative and customer-related tasks
