JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a reliable individual to provide cleaning assistance in Valencia, CA. The schedule includes 10 hours per week, with an additional 2 hours per day available as needed and based on availability. This unique position consists of providing basic janitorial services. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent attendance record according to the assigned schedule.

JOB DUTIES


Cleaning and maintenance/ Walking/ Attn. to detail/safety/ physical stamina


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site.
Other physical requirements may include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 25 pounds normally.
Person must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions.
Must be willing to work on Holidays.
The qualified person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time.
Must be able to communicate in English.
A qualified person must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to the supervisor.
