Job Description We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HGV vehicles including trucks, trailers and other equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and technology, excellent problem-solving skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties & Responsibilities Hauling & loading vehicles with a variety of weight and material in a safe, timely manner according to company standards. Inspecting vehicle mechanical systems for conformance with specifications and maintenance requirements including fluid levels, tire pressure, tires, brake systems, electrical systems etc. Troubleshooting vehicle electrical systems (i.e. brakes, ignition etc.)and performing necessary repairs as needed. Conducts preventative maintenance on vehicle equipment as required by quality standards and customer requirements. Keeping accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance performed. (i.e. repair order etc.) Maintaining an organized and safe working environment according to company guidelines with respect to safety rules, policies, procedures etc. Other duties as assigned.
