Janitorial / Facilities Cleaning Associate Bilingual

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM Saturday: Required (hours to be determined) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Facilities Cleaning Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our offices, restrooms, cafeteria, learning center, and common areas. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed. Dust, vacuum, polish, and clean private offices and common work areas. Maintain cleanliness in the cafeteria, including tables, counters, windows, chairs, chair rails, and sinks. Clean and maintain the Learning Center, including whiteboards, tables, counters, windows, and floors. Empty waste and recycling containers and ensure proper waste separation according to company recycling guidelines. Clean interior windows and partition dividers. Report building or equipment maintenance issues promptly to management. Maintain required documentation. Attend and participate in safety meetings. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform additional cleaning and facility support duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of professional cleaning or janitorial experience. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Must successfully learn assigned responsibilities and cleaning procedures within the training period. Work Environment This position works in both office and production environments. Candidates must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and moderate noise levels. Safety equipment is required in designated production areas.
