Job Coach/ DSP

We are looking for a Job Coach to help adults with special needs. This role involves visiting different job sites throughout the Inland Empire to offer hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance. Responsibilities Show employees how to complete simple general labor tasks safely Transport consumers to and from off-site training sites. Able to work 20 to 35 hours a week. Qualifications Comfortable teaching and demonstrating basic tasks Patient, reliable, and supportive Basic understanding of workplace safety Must be 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license Must pass a background check and drug test Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm
