* Day and evening shifts available
* Weekend availability required
* Experience is preferred but not required
* Basic English skills required

Main Responsibilities

* Assist with sushi preparation and ingredient prep
* Cut fish, vegetables, and prepare basic ingredients
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards
* Support the sushi chef with daily tasks
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Benefits

* Basic English required
* Restaurant experience is a plus, but not necessary
