We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our health insurance office in Pico Rivera.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with questions and general customer service
Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
Help with paperwork, applications, and follow-ups
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude
Assist the office with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred Health insurance experience is a plus, but training is available Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with computers and office programs Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
