Order Selector Location: Chino, CA Pay: $19.00/hour Position: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Direct Staffing is hiring experienced Order Selectors for a fast-paced warehouse in Chino, CA. Responsibilities Select and pick customer orders accurately Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Meet daily productivity quotas Verify order accuracy Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Schedule 4/10 Schedule – Four 10-hour shifts per week Three days off each week Guaranteed Saturdays off Sunday availability required Two additional weekdays off based on assigned schedule Flexible availability required. Following a 2-week training period, employees will be assigned a set schedule by management. Shift times and days off are determined based on operational needs. Overtime opportunities available Mandatory overtime may be required during peak business periods

Requirements Minimum 1 year of EPJ experience Previous order selecting experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to communicate effectively in English Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete the E-Verify process

Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work
