Oneway Staffing is now hiring for a leading beauty brand located near City of industry CA, seeking detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our premium makeup and skincare products reach our customers in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities: • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label makeup and beauty products for e-commerce and retail orders. • Quality Control: Inspect products for damages, leaks, or defects to ensure the highest quality standards before shipping. • Inventory Management: Count and verify incoming shipments, restock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory logs using warehouse scanners. • Stock Preparation: Assemble, sort, and organize beauty kits, promotional displays, and subscription boxes. • Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation to prevent product contamination or cross-color transfer. • Shipping: Prepare packages for dispatch. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced warehouse, packing, or beauty product testing environment preferred. • Attention to Detail: Must be highly observant to correctly identify various shades, SKU numbers, and packaging details. • Physical Ability: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, and able to safely lift/move up to 35-50 lbs. • Basic Math: Basic mathematical and reasoning skills needed for counting inventory. • Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines.
