Production Clerk Needed

Production Clerk - Part Time / $18 Growing food manufacturing company is looking to hire a part time clerk to join their team, Monday - Friday 12pm - 5pm Position Summary Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data related to production activities, ensuring compliance to food safety standards, and supporting traceability. Duties Accurately input production data (e.g., quantities produced, materials used, lot numbers) into the plant’s data management system. Maintain and organize traceability records to ensure that products can be tracked from raw materials to finished goods. Crucial for compliance with food safety regulations and customer requirements. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from production data for management and other departments (e.g., Quality, Purchasing, Sales). Share updates and discrepancies with relevant team members. Update communication system with reports for employees to understand production metrics, updates, and safety information. Assist in providing accurate production and traceability data for internal and external audits Required Qualifications and Competencies High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry and/or food manufacturing industry a plus Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite English Language (Speaking/Listening/Writing); Spanish a plus Skills: Communication skills verbal and written, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
