Works to help advance BPHC as an antiracist organization by developing and managing projects related to post overdose outreach, education, and linkage to care. Coordinates activities to ensure effective operations and compliance, serves as a Team Leader, delivers services according to established protocol, oversees specialized research and evaluation projects, and more. The Program Coordinator II position at Boston Public Health Commission requires the ability to understand and apply laws, supervise staff, and maintain harmonious relationships. The role also entails knowledge of MSOffice, local community agencies, and health care providers. Cultural competence, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication are essential qualities.
