Quality Control, Paramount

Skillset is Hiring in the city of Paramount!

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Shift: 1st shift (7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Sometimes we will ask for the associate to come in at 5:00 am, depending on the workload. We will also ask them to report to work on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays. Once the employee has adjusted to our production flow, their permanent shift will be from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• They need to have experience in food manufacturing

• Complete quality control reports

• Ensure that the quality control reports are being filled out by our employees- check temperatures-

• Check weight of product/fill levels

• Will sometimes be asked to work in packaging area, operate machines and help with cleaning/sanitation

• The associate will need to be available during food safety audits

• Product inspection/testing

• Has to be fluent in spanish and english

• Help complete corrective actions- collaborate with our food safety team/consultants
  Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies.

• Experience with quality control processes, including quality audits and inspections.

• Familiarity with quality systems and management frameworks.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
