Quality Supervisor

NOW HIRING: Quality Operations Supervisor / Senior Quality specialist

Location: Ventura
Shift: 1st Shift — Start Time 6:00 AM
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
Industry: Manufacturing / Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced Quality professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! If you have a strong background in Quality Assurance, CAPA processes, audits, and team leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities Include:
Supervising Quality Inspectors and QA personnel
Supporting CAPA activities and root cause investigations
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
Supporting audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications:
5–10 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Systems experience
Experience in manufacturing environments

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience with audits, corrective actions, and quality systems

Preferred:
Aerospace, medical device, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience
Internal audit experience
Familiarity with 8D, 5-Why, and other root cause analysis tools
