RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBERS – Cashier / Food Prep / Food Runner / Dishwash

Restaurant Team Members – Multiple Positions Available We are looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking team members to join our restaurant in Coral Gables. We are currently hiring for: • Cashier • Food Prep • Food Runner • Dishwasher We are looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, have a positive attitude, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: Cashier • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Process cash and credit card transactions. • Assist customers with menu questions. • Maintain a clean and organized cashier/work area. • Provide excellent customer service. Food Prep • Prepare ingredients and food items according to restaurant standards. • Assist with cutting, assembling, and preparing food. • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and preparation procedures. • Maintain a clean and sanitary food preparation area. • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Food Runner • Deliver completed orders to customers quickly and accurately. • Assist the prep line and front-of-house teams as needed. • Keep service and dining areas clean and organized. • Help ensure customers receive prompt and friendly service. Dishwasher • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. • Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation. • Remove trash and maintain designated waste areas. • Assist the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed. Qualifications & Requirements: • Restaurant or food-service experience is preferred, but not required. • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Ability to work well with others as part of a team. • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Must maintain proper cleanliness and food-safety standards. • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
