Sanitation Associate

Location: Vernon, CA
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

Interview Time: 2:00 PM
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30pm-6:00am

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Sanitation Associates to join our team. The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility, including production areas, equipment, and common spaces. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Selected candidates must complete 5 hours of training on the first day starting at 8:30 PM. During this training, associates will be working with water in a humid environment as part of the sanitation process.

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas
• Wash floors, walls, and machinery using approved sanitation chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas to meet food safety standards
• Remove waste and debris from work areas
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Work Environment:

• Food manufacturing facility
• Wet and humid conditions due to sanitation processes
• Use of water, hoses, and cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass E-Verify and employment verification screening
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, or fast-paced environments
