In this role, you will manage both incoming and outgoing shipments, verify delivery accuracy, and maintain a highly organized inventory database. The ideal candidate is physically fit, comfortable using warehouse machinery, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Incoming Shipments: Unload trucks, unpack deliveries, inspect goods for damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders or packing slips. • Outgoing Orders: Pick, pack, weigh, and securely label products for distribution to clients and customers. • Documentation: Generate accurate shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. • Inventory Control: Log all transactions and stock movements into our digital inventory management system to maintain data accuracy. • Logistics Liaison: Coordinate daily with freight carriers, delivery drivers, and internal departments to resolve any shipment delays or discrepancies. • Warehouse Safety: Safely operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace according to safety regulations. • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. • Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience working in a warehouse, shipping department, or logistics environment. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory tracking software and digital barcode scanners. • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift packages weighing up to [50] pounds. • Core Traits: Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical skills for counting stock, and excellent organizational abilities. • Experience using the stand-up reach and sit-down forklift. forklift operator certification required. • Experience using specific shipping platforms like FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Apply Now!
