Position: Warehouse Lead Responsibilities: Lead and supervise warehouse associates during daily operations. Ensure employees follow all safety policies and procedures. Assign work and monitor productivity to meet daily goals. Train and coach new and existing associates. Maintain accurate attendance and timekeeping records. Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, production, and any workplace concerns. Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and other warehouse duties as needed. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to lead by example. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
