Position: Warehouseman for Produce Company
Environment: Cold
Location: Los Angeles - Olympic & Alameda
Hours: Monday- Friday (12am - 8:30am) (1am - 9:30am)
Pay: $18 to start
Union Based
Position Type: Temp to possible hire

INTERVIEW REQUIRED

Responsibilities
· Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
· Verify product codes, labels and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
· Maintain a safe, organized and clean workspace, adhering to warehouse standards.
· Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies or issues.
· Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
· Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
· Follow quality control procedures to ensure high quality products.
· Comply with food safety and handling regulations.

Requirements
· Previous warehouse experience, preferably in produce or food distribution.
· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
· Ability to use electric pallet jacks and forklifts both stand up & sit down (Certification required to operate forklift).
· Basic math/reading skills and attention to detail.
· Communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced/refrigerated environment.
· Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push and pull for long periods of time.
· Reliable attendance and punctuality.
· Bilingual 
· Must Pass E-Verify
