The Warehouse / Production Associate assists with the handling, inspection, packaging, and preparation of automotive performance brake parts. Employees work in a warehouse/production environment and are expected to follow all safety and quality procedures.

Pick and pack brake parts and automotive components according to customer orders.
Inspect products for visible damage or defects.
Label, package, and prepare products for shipment.
Assemble or prepare brake components as instructed.
Load and unload boxes, materials, and products.
Receive incoming products and place them in designated warehouse locations.
Stock and organize inventory.
Use carts, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, or equipment problems to a supervisor.
Perform other general warehouse or production duties as assigned.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to safely lift and move products as required for the position.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment.
Previous warehouse, automotive parts, production, or packaging experience is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
