We are looking for a professional wok chef who can run a station independently in a fast-paced kitchen. Who This Role Is For * 7+ years cooking on high-heat wok stations
 * Comfortable handling volume and pressure
 * Knows how to cook fast, clean, and consistent
 * Can work independently without hand-holding
 * Takes pride in food quality and speed
 Thai food experience is a plus, but not required if you are a strong wok cook. What You’ll Be Doing * Run the wok station during peak service
 * Execute stir-fry and noodle dishes with speed and consistency
 * Maintain clean, organized station
 * Communicate clearly with the team during rush
 * Follow recipes and plating standards
