Woodshop Framer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, reliable Woodshop Framer to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will safely operate professional woodworking machinery and power tools to build custom frames. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of excellent attendance.

Candidate Requirements • Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a woodshop, carpentry, or industrial assembly environment. • Tool Proficiency: Proven experience operating power tools (saws, automatic joiners, air compressors, and staple guns). • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand for the duration of a shift. • Commute: Must possess independent, reliable transportation (public transit and rideshares are not reliable for this schedule). • Availability: Flexible to work mandatory overtime, including weekends as production volume requires. • Attributes: Exceptional punctuality, strong attendance record, and sharp attention to detail.
